Shipping policy

When will I get my order?

Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 2 working days before being shipped out. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Karachi: 1 to 3 business days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 4 to 7 business days

Express shipping is available for Karachi orders, which is next day delivery and charged extra.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery is available for standard home and office deliveries only.

COD is not offered for the following:

  • Self-collection orders
  • Orders being delivered to universities, schools, or similar institutions
  • Orders being delivered to shared or corporate offices

These order types are excluded from COD because they have a high rate of return, non-collection, or refusal at the point of delivery. Orders placed for these locations must be prepaid at checkout.

Return Shipment

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning an item, and these costs are nonrefundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee that a returned item will reach us.
