Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer an exchange. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for your exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Burned candles will not be exchanged.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, our team will contact you for the products to be sent in replacement. The process takes 7 to 8 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
